A bank can only sell you its own loans. I am a broker, so I shop 50+ wholesale lenders and let them compete for your loan. You get the best fit on rate and program, not whatever one bank happens to offer that day.
What does "$0 junk fees" actually mean?
It means I do not charge you application, processing, or underwriting fees. You still pay legitimate third-party costs like the appraisal and title, but you will not see padded broker or lender fees stacked on top. What you see is what you pay.
What states are you licensed in?
